  • Lifecell (Division of Johnson & Johnson)– Branchburg, NJ (medical industry – live tissue processing) – Created complex labeling system which communicated with 3 networked barcode printers and an existing database system.  A requirement of the software was that a package ready for sale could transform from one part number to a totally different part number based upon unpredictable outcomes.  The labeling system had to account for these conditions and correctly label each package with the correct FDA regulated label.  The system interfaced with SAP.
  • Majilite – Dracut, MA (textiles manufacturing company) – Developed a custom barcode labeling application which interfaces with existing MRP system using SQL Server.  The custom application resides on a network and is interfaced from multiple work stations simultaneously.  The application was developed using MS Access, Visual Basic, and Seagull Scientific’s Bartender labeling software.  The system drives multiple barcode printers and uses touch screen technology for easy data entry.
  • Meridian Specialty Yarn Group – Valdese, NC (textiles manufacturing company) – Developed a custom barcode labeling application for Meridian which interfaces with existing MRP system using SQL Server.  The custom application resides on a network and is interfaced from multiple work stations simultaneously.  The application was developed using MS Access, Visual Basic and Bartender.  The system drives dozens of barcode printers.
