• Ecolab – St. Paul, MN (FDA regulated multi-industry corporation.  Divisions included within the medical industry, industrial pest control, food handling, etc.) – Organized and conducted a 2 day work-shop at Ecolab headquarters in St. Paul, MN regarding GS1 standards.  The same workshop was then conducted by in Zutphen, Netherlands for Ecolab corporate officers from 8 European countries.
• Fresh Grill LLC – Santa Anna, CA (food industry manufacturer / distributor) – Created custom order checking system.
• General Electric – Selmer, TN (appliance manufacturing division) – Created custom labeling system for commercial grade refrigerators.  System printed 3 different labels to 3 different printers at the same time.
• Global Protection Products – Davie, FL (Manufacturer of hurricane protection components for doors and windows) – Created custom barcode labeling and scanning solution capable of real-time tracking of jobs and raw materials.
• Homebridge – Raleigh, NC (Furniture warehousing and delivery service) – Provided customized furniture tracking system.
• Lecon Construction – Houston, TX (industrial construction) – Provided a mobile data collection system capable of printing receipts to wireless Bluetooth printers and sending collected data to central server using cellular (GPRS) data service.
• Lifecell (Division of Johnson & Johnson)– Branchburg, NJ (medical industry – live tissue processing) – Created complex labeling system which communicated with 3 networked barcode printers and an existing database system.  A requirement of the software was that a package ready for sale could transform from one part number to a totally different part number based upon unpredictable outcomes.  The labeling system had to account for these conditions and correctly label each package with the correct FDA regulated label.  The system interfaced with SAP.
• Majilite – Dracut, MA (textiles manufacturing company) – Developed a custom barcode labeling application which interfaces with existing MRP system using SQL Server.  The custom application resides on a network and is interfaced from multiple work stations simultaneously.  The application was developed using MS Access, Visual Basic, and Seagull Scientific’s Bartender labeling software.  The system drives multiple barcode printers and uses touch screen technology for easy data entry.
• Meridian Specialty Yarn Group – Valdese, NC (textiles manufacturing company) – Developed a custom barcode labeling application for Meridian which interfaces with existing MRP system using SQL Server.  The custom application resides on a network and is interfaced from multiple work stations simultaneously.  The application was developed using MS Access, Visual Basic and Bartender.  The system drives dozens of barcode printers.
• Microtek Medical – Columbus, MS (division of Ecolab Healthcare – medical device manufacturer) – Developed and installed custom GS1 barcode compliant labeling system running simultaneously over a WAN at multiple locations within the US, China, Europe, Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
• Mi Mamas Tortillas – Omaha, NE (food manufacturer) – Developed custom labeling and tracking system.
• NC Glazing Fabrications – Four Oaks, NC (custom metal store-front manufacturer) – Developed custom inventory tracking system.

• Sharps Compliance – Houston, TX (medical device manufacturer) – Developed a custom barcode scanning system for Sharps.  The system collected shipment tracking numbers along with its’ associated product serial number.  The system then automatically e-mailed information to specified contacts.
• Silgan Container – Lyons, NY (metal container manufacturer) – Developed custom version of Track’Em, an off the shelf inventory and asset tracking system developed by RVB Systems Group.
• Stefano Foods (Division of Smithfield Foods) – Charlotte, NC (food manufacturer) – Developed custom shipping carton labeling system which calculated the correct expiration date based upon product and packaging date.
• Sure Trak, Inc – Loris, SC (axle manufacturer) – Developed custom labeling system.
• Tobacco Rag Processors – Wilson, NC (tobacco processing company) – Developed system capable of interfacing existing digital scale, printing barcode labels associated with a weighed bale of tobacco, and producing a real-time report showing total weight / value of a shipment of tobacco.  Previous manual system required hours to produce report – new system provided by RVB Systems produces report immediately after upon receipt of final tobacco bale is weighed.
